Let’s start off a little bit swanky, shall we? Put on your best and head into town, finding your feet at the cleaver handled door of Botswana Butchery. Meat-lovers will be delighted by the grain-fed menu, including the crowd pleasing 350 g scotch fillet and leave-me-to-it rack of lamb. Not a big red meat eater? You won’t be left out or disappointed. Away from the butchers block, we must recommend the Semolina Gnocchi, completed by tomato ragout, basil pesto, rockette, Parmesan. It’s a melt-in-your-mouth experience to re-live over and over again, if your wallet can afford it.

Fergburger is a Queenstown institution, somewhere you have to go when you’re in town and one glance at their menu will tell you why.
