Hertz Car Rental rate includes:
Canada: LDW, GST/PST, Unlimited Kilometres - at participating locations only, VLF.
All vehicles equipped with air-conditioning, automatic transmission, and radio. Not included in rental
• One-way drop-off charges
• Fuel
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
• Personal Effects Coverage (PEC)
• Surcharges for drivers aged 21-24, or additional driver fee
General Information Drivers
• Minimum age is 25 years. Surcharge applies for drivers aged 21-24, payable direct • Renters must present valid national drivers licence. Presentation of a return airline ticket is also required.
Local Surcharges / Airport Fees / Taxes - There may be local surcharges imposed by the state. Any such surcharges are payable directly to Hertz at time of collection. Local Airport and Licence fees are not included and will be payable directly to Hertz at time of collection.
Rentals - Rentals are based on 24 hour hire periods. The rate charged for the entire length of rental is based on the date of pick-up regardless of any season change during the rental.
Deposits - A credit card in the drivers name is required and will be billed for any incidental charges. A cash deposit of minimum USD$300.00 / CAD$300.00 is also acceptable
One Way rentals - One way rentals are available on most car types on a request basis only and are subject to one way fees. Applicable One way service fees are payable directly to Hertz.
