Britz Car Rental- Conditions
General Hire Conditions:^Intermediate Wago & People Mover vehicles supplied by Maui Rental Cars. Book Early Bonus: 6th day of hire is the free day regardless of length of hire. All drivers must be 21 yeas of age or older & carrying a valid drivers license. Drivers 75+ years need a medical certificate.
Queenstown Airport Recovery Fee: All vehicles collected from, or returned to Queenstown will incur a one off fee of NZ$30 per car paid directly to biritz. Vehicle Insurance is included in the price, however an excess of NZ$1,800 is collected as a bond at the start of the hire.
Purchasing Excess Reduction Insurance (ERI) at any Biritz location will reduce the excess/bond. ERI: NZ$20 per day to a max of NZ$600 covers single accident damages to the vehicle & third party by excludes windscreeen & tyre damage--excess is reduced to nil with a vehicle security deposit of NZ$220. All excess bond payments are held as a credit card imprint & is refunded on return of the vehicle to the agreed location on the agreed date, with no damage to vechile or third party & with a full tank of feul.
