Our Recreational equipment is ideal for first-timers and novice skiers, offering easy-to-use gear designed to build confidence and make learning fun.

Pick-up & return options

You can choose the option that works best for your trip:

In-town (Queenstown Snow Centre – 9 Duke Street):

• Pick up your gear from 3pm the day before your first ski day
• Must be returned to the same outlet
• You’ll need to transport equipment to and between mountains yourself

On-mountain (Coronet Peak or The Remarkables):

• Collect on the day of skiing
• Return at either Queenstown mountain for added flexibility

Ski More & Save

Our daily rental rates get cheaper the longer you hire for — so the more consecutive days you book, the more you save.

• Discounts apply to consecutive hire days only
• Taking a break day? You’ll need to create separate bookings for each ski period
• Example: Ski 2 days, rest 1 day, ski 2 more = 2 separate bookings added to your trip

Important information

• Seniors and Super Seniors (65+) are charged adult rates
• Equipment is not available for children aged 3 years and under
• Gloves, goggles, and sunglasses are not available for hire (available for purchase on-mountain)
• Overnight storage charges may apply for SnowBiz rentals stored on-mountain
