COVID-19 Book with Confidence
In the event Covid related travel restrictions are imposed by government (State or National), and travel is impacted on the booked travel dates, Ski Express will provide a full refund (less supplier and 3rd party fees). Refunds may take up to 21 days to be issued. In the event of cancellations unrelated to Covid restrictions, Ski Express standard cancellation policy applies. Please speak with your Ski Express consultant for details.
$110 per person is required within 6 days of your holiday confirmation. Some activities/products have their own strict deposit regulations, which you will be made aware of at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit within 6 days of confirmation will result in automatic cancellation of all travel arrangements.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of intended travel are to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. Certain special airfares may require payment immediately upon booking. In the event that ANZCRO agrees to the acceptance of Credit Card payments, they will be made available through special arrangement with the Travel Agent, ANZCRO reserves the right to charge a fee to the Credit Card Holder for this service.
Credit Card Information Security Policy
Ski Express uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. Payments are validated and authorised immediately, however transactions will not be completed until Ski Express has confirmed your itinerary requests. We do not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. ANZCRO reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of $33 to cover additional costs associated with bookings made within 10 days of travel.

First time amendment is FREE. All additional amendments are liable to a maximum charge of $33 per amendment. Once Travel Documents have been issued, all amendments will be charged. Airline tickets have additional amendment charges. Please ask your Travel Agent or one of our Ski Specialists.
Note: If amendments are made, pricing for the full item will reflect the exchange rate valid at the time of the amendment.
NZETA – New Zealand Immigration Visa Changes
From 1 October 2019 the New Zealand Government is introducing a new travel requirement for some visitors and transit passengers. It is called the NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) and travellers need to request this via the official mobile app or website. Costs apply. Product and Service providers are unable to authorise any refund on ANZCRO’s behalf. Any refunds due cannot be processed until the relevant funds have been returned by suppliers to ANZCRO.

Early Bird Specials
Unless otherwise stated all Early Bird offers must be booked and paid in full by 31 May 2021. These offers are not combinable with Bonus Offers.

Prices are per person, multishare as stated and are subject to availability. Please see the individual Terms and Conditions listed on each advertised package.
All Prices are expressed in Australian dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax. ANZCRO reserves the right to amend without notice any advertised prices. We refer to particularly but are not limited to amendments due to currency exchange fluctuations the withdrawal or adjustment of contracted rates with land and service providers, New Zealand or Australian Government charges and errors. Rates advertised on this website reflect information available to ANZCRO at time of submission and all possible care has been taken in its compilation. Current valid prices will be advised on request and confirmation by way of invoice to your Travel Agent when your booking is made. Pricing will be guaranteed only after ANZCRO has received total payment.
A valid Passport is required by all travellers to New Zealand. Those not travelling on an Australian Passport may require a Visa. This is the travellers responsibility. Air Tickets and Travel Vouchers will be issued after full payment has been received by ANZCRO. Documents will be forwarded to the Travel Agent, or you directly, by standard mail. If Express Post or a Courier is required, a fee will be charged at ANZCRO’s discretion.

ANZCRO Group Booking additional booking conditions.
Any cancellation or amendment to these group travel arrangements must be made with the prior written approval of ANZCRO in the country the booking was made from to ensure a refund is payable. Product suppliers are unable to authorise refunds under any circumstances. Please familiarise yourself with the cancellation clause in your voucher cover. It is strongly recommended that you take out Travel Insurance to cover you for any such eventuality. Cancellation charges cannot be waived where Travel Insurance would have covered your situation. Where ever possible you should reconfirm your travel arrangements with each Supplier at least 24 hours prior to the date of travel. Contact details for each Supplier are shown on your vouchers.

All SKI products are non refundable: Ski conditions are an act of nature and totally beyond our control. ANZCRO urges clients to check weather conditions before departing on any ski or snow dependent holiday as conditions can change at very short notice. ANZCRO takes no responsibility for late starts or early finishes to the ski season.

The airlines do not, by virtue of their endorsement of this website, represent themselves either as contracting with any purchaser of a holiday from ANZCRO or as having any other legal relationship with any other purchaser.
